24 oz chicken breast
2 cup of bok choy
1 cup carrots
1 cup mushrooms
6 cups of water
2 tbsp Parsley
4 cups of Mushroom or Chicken Broth

  1. Cook Chicken and rice Separately until done.

  2. Once Chicken and Rice are complete combine all ingredients in a crock pot for 3 hours on low.
