High carb and good fiber bars for sustained energy for workouts.

Recipe Ingredients for Payton's Wheat N Oats Energy Bars

2 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of oats
2 cups of applesauce
4 egg whites
1 cup of rasins
2 tbsp of baking powder
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp splenda

Recipe Directions for Payton's Wheat N Oats Energy Bars

  1. Mix the Wheat Flour, Oats, Applesauce, Egg Whites, Rasisns, Baking Powder and splenda together in a mixing bowl. Mix for several minutes ensuring that the rasisns are spread throughout the batter evenly.

  2. Spread mix into a baking dish approximatly 12" x 8".

  3. Spnikle Cinnamon over the top of the mix.

  4. Place into preheated 400 degree oven for 25 minutes.

  5. Cut up and enjoy.
