Our favorite vege burrito recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Paviroo's Vegetarian Burrito

1 flour tortilla
1/2 c spanish rice
1/4 c black beans
1/4 c salsa
1/4 c tomato, chopped
1/4 c avocado, chopped
1/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Paviroo's Vegetarian Burrito

  1. Cook spanish rice according to package directions (we use Zatarain's but skip the tomatoes).

  2. Add one can black beans and about 1 T salsa.

  3. Heat tortillas in oven.

  4. Chop tomato and avocado.

  5. Take tortilla, add rice and beans mix, top with tomato, avocado, and cheese.
