The vegetable part of pav bhaji, a popular Mumbai street food. It's normally served with Pav, a sort of dinner roll.

Recipe Ingredients for Pav Bhaji

1 medium potato, boiled and mashed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 medium onions, finely diced
1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup cauliflower, boiled and mashed
2 large tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 green pepper, diced

Recipe Directions for Pav Bhaji

  1. Peal and diced the potato. Cut cauliflower into small floretts. Boil along with the mixed vegetables until very tender. Mash these up.

  2. In the olive oil, sautee the onions, tomatoes, green peppers, garlic, and ginger until the tomatoes are pasty. Add the mashed vegetable/potato mixture and mash together.
