This is quick nutritious cereal with excellent protein and just the right amount of carbs. Great before exercising or hiking. No cooking needed.

Recipe Ingredients for Paul's Power Protein Cereal

1/4 c oatmeal
1/2 c lowfat milk
1 tbsp raw almonds
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 small banana
1 tsp flax seed

Recipe Directions for Paul's Power Protein Cereal

  1. Cut Banana lengthwise and then in small pieces.

  2. I prefer Vanilla protein powder.

  3. Mix all ingredients in a cereal bowl

  4. Wait a minute for the protein powder to disolve

  5. Enjoy!
