Variation of Paula's recipe in Dr. OZ. It's a little thick, but you can add more water.

Recipe Ingredients for Paula's greenie

1/2 medium Avocado
1 cup Spinach
1 cup, chopped Kale
1 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
0.5 tablespoons Chia Seed
1 Glass Water
0.5 medium (3") Apples
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 serving Agave Nectar

Recipe Directions for Paula's greenie

  1. Put all in VitaMix or BlendTec

  2. Add ice

  3. Blend and enjoy.
