Rice and Chicken cooked in Cream of Mushroom Soup

Recipe Ingredients for Paula's Chicken & Rice

16 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh Cutlets
1 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cup dry Instant Rice

Recipe Directions for Paula's Chicken & Rice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix 1 can of water with one can of campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup in a 5" x 5" x 1" cassarole dish and and chicken thighs. Bake for 40 minutes. Prepare rice according to instructions on the box. place 1/2 cup of prepared rice on a plate and a serving of chicken thigh and some of the mushroom soup garvy over the rice.
