Recipe Ingredients for Paula's Bread

500 g Spelt flour
250 ml soy milk
1 tablespoon yogurt

Recipe Directions for Paula's Bread

  1. Put flour and 1 tablespoon of bread soda into a bowl.

  2. Add the milk and yougurt.

  3. Mix until it forms a sift, slightly wet dough.

  4. Put into bread tin,and put into the over for 35 - 40 minutes, until golgen brown. (it shoulf sound hallow inside)
