Tuna burgers from the Paula Deen cookbook "The Lady and Sons, Too!" NOTE: Substituted one large radish for 1.5 tsp prepared horseradish.

Recipe Ingredients for Paula Deen Tuna Burgers

13 1/2 oz tuna
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup celery
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 large radish
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Paula Deen Tuna Burgers

in large bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg, and stir lightly. Add the minced onion, minced celery, lemon juice, minced radish, minced garlic, and pepper, and mix again. Form mixture into five patties. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook patties, covered, until golden brown. Flip patties and cook other side for five minutes.
