This is adapted from Paula Dean's sour cream poundcake. It is a half of the original recipe found in Paula Dean's cook book. I then used a mini bundt cake pan.

Recipe Ingredients for Paula Deans Sour Cream Pound Cake

1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Paula Deans Sour Cream Pound Cake

Let ingredients come to room temperature. Cream butter and sugar. Add sour cream and beat. Sift together flour and soda. Add alternately with eggs, incorporating well. Pour into mini bundt pan and bake at 325 for about 25 minutes. Makes 10-12 individual sized mini bundt cakes.
