Recipe Ingredients for Paula Dean's Pot Roast

3 lb chuck roast
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
10 3/4 oz Campbell's healthy request cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup white wine, Chardonnay
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Paula Dean's Pot Roast

Sprinkle roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear roast in small amount of vegetable oil. Put in slow cooker and cover with onion, garlic, beef cubes, 3 bay leaves, soup, and wine. Then cover all ingredients with water. Cook on low for 8 hours.
