Recipe Ingredients for pattani avarai curry

50 g green peas
30 g lima beans
50 g tomato
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp gingelly oil
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp coriander leaves

Recipe Directions for pattani avarai curry

  1. wash peas & lima beans

  2. in a pan heat oil and add mustard let it sputter

  3. add peas and beans with little water, close lid and let it cook

  4. once cooked add chopped tomato, salt and chilli powder

  5. stir fry till tomatoes are cooked

  6. garnish with corianer leaves
