Recipe Ingredients for Pat's Corn Chowder

1 pound bacon bits
5 medium potatoes
3 onions
36 oz. kernel corn
10 oz. cream of celery soup
30 oz. cream of celery soup, low fat
6 cups milk, 1%
1 pepper
1 salt

Recipe Directions for Pat's Corn Chowder

  1. Brown bacon bits and reserve the drippings.

  2. Cube the potato and onion and cook until tender in bacon drippings and the juice from the corn.

  3. Add soup, milk, salt and pepper and heat thoroughly. Add bacon bits just before serving.
