Recipe Ingredients for Pat's Chili Mix

2 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped(160 g) Onions
4 cloves Garlic
1 1/2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup, chopped celery
1/2 carrot
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 1tsp Olive Oil
15 grams Mild Chili Seasoning Mix

Recipe Directions for Pat's Chili Mix

  1. saute chopped veggies in oil

  2. puree tomatoes, tomato paste and chili mix in blender

  3. add beans and puree to veggies..

  4. cook for 20 minutes

  5. store in fridge until use
