Recipe Ingredients for Patrick's Powerhouse Chili

1300 grams Signature Recipes Pasta Sauce
540 grams Unico Red Kidney Beans
540 grams Unico Black Beans
796 grams Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
11 oz Niblets Whole Kernal Sweet Corn
500 grams fully cooked seasoned sliced chicken breasts
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/4 teaspoon Basil
1/4 tsp Oregano, Ground
1/4 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
1/4 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Patrick's Powerhouse Chili

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large soup pot.

  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low.

  3. Gently boil for 1 hour.

  4. Then add 1/4 tsp of basil, oregano and thyme.

  5. Add chili powder to taste.

  6. Enjoy
