50 grams Reduced Fat Sour Cream
250 grams Whole Milk Ricotta
300 grams Ricotta, Whole Milk Cheese
4 tsp Becel RSF Margarine
20 grams Dill Weed, Fresh
1000 grams Phyllo Dough

Recipe Directions for Pateuri Urda si Marar

  1. urda proaspata de vaca se amesteca cu ricotta, putin mascarpone, smantana 12% si oua. se adauga marar proaspat si sare dupa gust. foaia groasa de placinta linco se subtiaza la jumatate si se taie in forme rotunde.

  2. se umple fiecare pateu cu putina pasta de branza (creste la copt) si se sigileaza marginile fara sa iasa amestecul afara (altfel se descfac la copt).

  3. se aseaza in tava de copt unsa cu margarina in prealabil si tapetata cu malai mare si se ung cu ou batut.

  4. pt decor se pot pune seminte de in sau nuca pisata.

  5. se dau la cuptor cca 20 min. cuptorul trebuie incalzit in prealabil, iar in timpul coacerii trebuie sa fie focul mic.
