1/2 cup cake flour
6 ounces butter
2 ounces lard
1 egg yolk

Recipe Directions for Pate Brisee

  1. Mix flour, salt and splenda

  2. Add diced chilled butter and mix

  3. Add lard mix slightly

  4. Add egg yolk and ice water until dough forms

  5. Rest for 2 hours
