Recipe Ingredients for Pastel de Papa

700 g beef, minced
1 pepper
1 onion
10 ml olive oil
5 potatos, mashed
1 tbsp butter
15 ml milk
5 g cheese, for gratinating
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Pastel de Papa

  1. Fry the minced meat with plenty of oil. Chop up all vegetables and add to the meat. Let the sauce cook for about 15-20 minuts.

  2. Boil the potatos and make mash, adding a tbsp of butter and the milk.

  3. Put meat and potato in layers (like a lasanga or mussaka) in a pan. Add cheese for gratinating and some butter on top.

  4. Cook in the oven at max, and cook the dish until the cheese is melted and golden.

  5. Serve with a fresh salad on the side.
