Recipe Ingredients for Pasta w/ veggies

1 lb whole wheat pasta
2 T olive oil
1 c pasta sauce
1 med tomato
1 t thyme
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic
1/2 japanese eggplant
1 zucchini

Recipe Directions for Pasta w/ veggies

  1. Cut veggies into 1 inch cubes, steam for 6 minutes

  2. Boil pasta

  3. Combine remaining ingredients except oil in a saucepan over low heat, until warm

  4. Toss all ingredients in pasta pot
