Recipe Ingredients for Pasta & Veggies with a light cream sauce

10.66 oz pasta
1 small tomato
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
1 small onion
3 tbsp coriander leaf

Recipe Directions for Pasta & Veggies with a light cream sauce

  1. in a separate pot, cook pasta until al dente

  2. in a shallow pan, add olive oil and sliced garlic

  3. heat garlic until golden brown

  4. add onions and tomato then stir

  5. turn off until pasta is done

  6. after draining pasta, relight veggie mix

  7. add milk and butter

  8. high heat, stir vigorously

  9. add coriander leaf last

  10. then pasta

  11. stir until sauce sticks to the pasta
