A vegetable and garlic saute tossed with pasta. Any veggies you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Veggie Saute

140 grams Ronzoni Smart Pasta
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 tsp Garlic
5 grams Garlic Powder
1.5 cup Asparagus
3 oz Mushrooms
2 cups Baby Spinach
3 tsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Pasta Veggie Saute

  1. Cut aspargus into 1 inch pieces keeping the tips seperate.

  2. Saute the garlc in the oil until it begins to turn brown.

  3. Add the aspargus and cook for ten minutes except the tips. Salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Boil the pasta per the box directions.

  5. Add the aspargus tips and sliced mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes.

  6. Add the spinach and cook until it goes limp but still retains its bright green color.

  7. Drain pasta and tossed with the sauteed vegetables.

  8. Add parmesean cheese if desired.

  9. Enjoy
