A great summer side dish! Serving size is 1 cup.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Veggie Salad

12 oz rigatoni, cooked and drained
1 1/3 c bell pepper, diced
1 1/3 c snap peas
2/3 c onion, chopped
2/3 c celery, chopped
3/4 c light italian dressing
1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Pasta Veggie Salad

  1. Prepare rigatoni as directed on package.

  2. Meanwhile mix dressing, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce - set aside.

  3. Chop veggies and toss with pasta, add sauce mixture, and season with pepper to taste.

  4. For best results refrigerate, stirring occasionally) for at least an hour to overnight.

  5. Enjoy!
