Rotini pasta and mixed vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta and Vegetables

50 g wheat rotini
5 slices mushroom
1/5 green bell pepper, chopped
1/5 red bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp onion, chopped
1/2 cup pasta sauce
1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Pasta and Vegetables

  1. Cook pasta according to directions on box.

  2. In large frying pan, sautee vegetables until cooked. Add drained pasta and sauce. Simmer until heated through.

  3. Serve topped with parmesan cheese.
