2 oz. Barilla Whole Grain Shells 1 can Diced Tomatoes Italian Style 6 oz. chicken if desired 1 C. Fresh spinach 3 oz. Yellow Squash 3 oz. Zucchini 1 tsp Olive Oil Garlic Powder Salt, Pepper to taste 1/2 C. Parmesan Cheese

Recipe Directions for Pasta w/Vegetables

  1. Slice squash and zucchini, mix with olive oil and roast in the oven for 20-25 min @ 350.

  2. Cook pasta as directed & drain. Add tomatoes, spinach and roasted squash, zucchini, spices and toss. Top with cheese.
