Thick, marinara-based pasta sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Topping/Sauce

44 oz ragu tomato sauce
16 oz frozen chopped spinach
10 oz baby bella mushrooms, sliced
8 oz onion, diced
1 tsp garlic
181 g Sausage, Italian, Pork, Cooked
2 tbsp canola oil
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pasta Topping/Sauce

  1. In frying pan, heat canola oil.

  2. Pour ragu into saucepan and simmer over low heat.

  3. Saute onion and mushrooms with garlic.

  4. Microwave spinach.

  5. Add sausage to veggies.

  6. Add spinach to sauce. Mix.

  7. Combine ragu mixture with veggie sausage mixture and stir to combine.

  8. Serve over pasta
