Recipe Ingredients for pasta topping

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 small Onions
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup Chard, Swiss
1 oz Pork, Cured, Bacon

Recipe Directions for pasta topping

saute onion and pepper in oil, add prociutto. Par boil swiss chard and then chop. Add to onion and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Serve on cooked pasta.
