Recipe Ingredients for Pasta with Tomatoes, Spinach, Goat Cheese and Edamame

1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
3 ounces pasta
1 1/2 ounce shelled edamame
1 ounces baby spinach
3 ounces grape tomatoes
1 ounce goat cheese
1 clove garlic
1/2 ounce onion

Recipe Directions for Pasta with Tomatoes, Spinach, Goat Cheese and Edamame

  1. Cook pasta according to directions.

  2. Add extra virgin olive oil to a large skillet on medium-high. Add garlic; cook stirring one minute. Add spinach, heat until wilted, add tomatoes and edamame.

  3. Add pasta. Heat, stirring, 2-3 minutes until mixture is headed thoroughly. Sprinkle goat cheese on top.
