Recipe Ingredients for Pasta - summer vegetable

225 g pasta
175 g beans
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion
2 garlic cloves
2 large courgettes
6 plum tomatoes
3 tbsp basil
1 tsp tabasco

Recipe Directions for Pasta - summer vegetable

  1. Cook pasta (preferably the bow type) according to instructions. Add the fresh (or frozen) broad beans in the last 2/3 minutes.

  2. Heat the oil.

  3. Add onion and soften for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Add garlic and courgettes (cut into sticks).

  5. Add a shake of tabasco.

  6. Stir in the plum tomatoes.

  7. Stir with the pasta and serve hot or cold.
