Orzo pasta, spinach, a tomato, some tomato paste, ricotta cheese, garlic, salt and pepper

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta, Spinach, Tomato, Ricotta Skillet lunch

1.5 cup Spinach
1 serving Kraft Simply Ricotta Cheese - Reduced Fat
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
4 oz Orzo Dry
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Pasta, Spinach, Tomato, Ricotta Skillet lunch

  1. Cook the orzo in a skillet for 9 minutes, drain some water if necessary.

  2. Crush the garlic and add it to the pasta.

  3. Add the tomato paste, ricotta cheese and sliced tomato.

  4. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
