Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Sostanza

4 oz Pasta, Homemade
1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 cup VIGO HEARTS OF PALM
1/2 cup Spinach
1/2 cup Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
1 oz Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
5 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Pasta Sostanza

  1. SEASON tomatoes with salt and pepper; allow to drain in a colander for 1 hour.

  2. Meanwhile, prepare the pesto.

  3. PROCESS the garlic, cheeses, nuts and herbs in a blender. Add the olive oil slowly while processing.

  4. COMBINE the pesto mixture and the tomatoes in a bowl and marinate for 30 minutes.

  5. BRING a large pot of water to a boil.

  6. COOK Whole Grain Linguine according to the package directions. Drain and toss with the tomatoes and pesto mixture before serving.
