Recipe Ingredients for Pasta with Shrimp & Asparagus

1/2 lb shrimp
8 oz pasta
1 lb asparagus, chopped
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup chicken broth
5 leaves fresh basil
4/5 oz parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Pasta with Shrimp & Asparagus

  1. Make pasta as specified on box.

  2. Heat oil in pan.

  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.

  4. Add asparagus and sautee for 3-4 minutes.

  5. Add chicken broth, red pepper flakes, mushrooms, and basil, and cook for about 4-5 minutes.

  6. Toss pasta and shrimp/asparagus mixture.

  7. Serve hot and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
