Great for lunch. Very easy to make. Actual recipe calls for 1/4cup thinly sliced fresh basil instead of oregano and 2T grated lemon rind instead of lemon juice. From Cooling Light.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Shells with Tuscan Tuna

4 oz albacore tuna in water, drained is (1)12-oz can
8 oz whole wheat pasta, 2 cups dry
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
2 tbsps capers
2 tbsps Olive oil
1 tbsp oregano, dried and rubbed in palms
2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 lemon juiced
1/2 tspn kosher salt
1/4 tspn pepper

Recipe Directions for Pasta Shells with Tuscan Tuna

  1. Cook pasta. Drain and leave about 2T cooling liquid.

  2. Add remaining ingrediants and toss.

  3. Done!
