Recipe Ingredients for Pasta From Scratch

1 1/4 c all purpose flour
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Pasta From Scratch

  1. Scoop flour into a bowl, and make a well in the center.

  2. Crack the eggs into the well and whisk, gradually expanding the well.

  3. Knead for 10 minutes - the dough should be only he slightest bit sticky (if it's too dry add in water drop by drop)

  4. Cover in plastic wrap and let sit in room temperature for 30 min.

  5. Roll out as thin as possible, and shape it as you please (NOTE: this isn't easy, doing it with a pasta maker is highly recommended)

  6. Let dry.

  7. Cook until al dente (time depends on your shape and size)

  8. Enjoy!
