Scallop pasta with White Wine Sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta with Scallops

1 serving Sea Scallops
1 serving Bow Ties
1 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium and Vitamins Soft
1 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 clove Garlic
1 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
0.5 cup Sugar Snap Peas
1 serving Green Onion
0.33 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
1 serving Cooking Wine
2 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
1 dash Salt, Table
1 oz Cornstarch
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Pasta with Scallops

  1. halve any large scallops

  2. cook pasta according to box directions; drain; add butter; keep warm

  3. preheat wok with oil and stir in garlic in hot oil 15sec, add carrots; cook and stir 4min; add snap peas and green onions; cook and stir 2-3min; remove veggies from wok

  4. add broth, wine, dill, and salt to wok; bring to boil, add scallops reduce heat simmer uncovered 1-2min until scallops obaque

  5. stir cornstarch and water, add to wok; cook and stir until thick and bubbly, return veggies to wok, add cooked pasta, stirign to coat; sprinkle with parmesan

  6. eat
