Pasta with Scallops garlic and white wine

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta with Scallops garlic and white wine

4 unit 2 large or 5 small Scallops
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp chopped(10 g) Shallots
0.13 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 Glass Wine
1/8 box Linguine Dry
4 serving Spreadable Butter Blend

Recipe Directions for Pasta with Scallops garlic and white wine

melt butter add scallops shallots and garlic. saute until scallops are opaque. remove scallops to dish add flour to thicken then add white wine. cook until bubbly and add scallops to sauce. Serve over cooked pasta. A dash of lemon juice may be added at end.
