basic recipe for pasta with a cheesy sauce (gluten free)

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta and Sauce

1 serving DS fusili (gluten free)
25 grams Cheddar Cheese
12 1/2 grams Flour
3 fl oz Milk
1 serving Pure Soya Spread

Recipe Directions for Pasta and Sauce

  1. Boil pasta

  2. Melt margarine in separate pan

  3. Mix flour with margarine and heat

  4. take off heat

  5. Add in milk gradually, stirring to form a smooth paste.

  6. return to heat.

  7. Add in cheese. Stir until melted

  8. Drain pasta and mix with sauce.

  9. Transfer to casserole dish

  10. Place under preheated grill to brown off.
