A beautifully rich pasta sauce for every one

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Sauce

500 grams pasta sauce
1 large onion
8 mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
1 carrot
500 grams beef
3 cups water
500 grams pasta

Recipe Directions for Pasta Sauce

  1. Fry the beef and the chopped onion and mushrooms until the meat is brown on both sides and the onion is translucent.

  2. Add the finely diced garlic and fry for 1 minute.

  3. Add the pasta sauce, the carrot and the water and allow to cook for min 1 1/2 hours.

  4. After 1 1/2 hours (or longer depending on your tastes) place a pot of water on the stove, on high until boiling.

  5. Once boiling add 3 table spoons of salt and the pasta.

  6. Stir every 2-5 minutes to avoid sticking, pasta is ready when it no longer tastes dough like.
