Yum-yum good! High in fibre and easy to make. The hard part is waiting for it to simmer.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Sauce

4 cups pasta sauce
1 cup cooked chickpeas
174 gram package of Yves Italien Ground (1/2 package)
1/2 cup olives
10 mushrooms
3 cups spinach
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pasta Sauce

  1. Sautee sliced mushrooms in olive oil.

  2. Add spinach a small amount at a time to make it fit in the pot and cook until lightly wilted. (It will reduce hugely!)

  3. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer until your stomach can no longer handle it.
