Low fat Low cal Pasta with tasty chickem ham + veg sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta & Sauce (Low Fat+Cal) Chicken Ham +mixed Veg

2 cups Pasta Dry
300 g Chopped Vegetables
2 Oxo Cubes & Seasoning
2 cups Semi skimmed Milk
1 Chicken Breast
1 tbsp cornflour
3 slices ham

Recipe Directions for Pasta & Sauce (Low Fat+Cal) Chicken Ham +mixed Veg

  1. Add Stock cubes & seasoning to milk + about a cup of water (add more during cooking if necesary)

  2. Add pasta, chopped chicken breast, Chopped lean ham slices & Chopped Veg mixed(brocolli Suede Carrots onion NO POTATOES)

  3. Boil until pasta is soft Chicken is cooked & vegetables nice & soft

  4. Mix the corn flour with a little COLD water & add to thicken the sauce stirring all the time.

  5. Do not add any fat, butter or margerine to this recepe.

  6. Salt pepper & seasoning to taste.

  7. I have put down 5 servings even though i cook for 4 as i always serve myself a smaller portion.
