3 cups CANNED TOMATO, DICED
500 g CHICKEN, GROUND
1 c ZUCCHINI, DICED
2 c MUSHROOMS, SLICED
1 c SPINACH, DICED
1/4 c ONION, DICED

Recipe Directions for PASTA SAUCE OR CHILI BASE

  1. COOK CHICKEN IN PAN UNTIL NO LONGER PINK

  2. ADD DICED ZUCCHINI AND ONIONS, COOK UNTIL SEMI-FIRM

  3. ADD SPINACH, MUSHROOMS, AND CANNED TOMATOES (DRAIN IF YOU WOULD LIKE A THICKER BASE)

  4. ALLOW TO SIMMER UNTIL FLAVOURS HAVE COMBINED. SPICE TO TASTE - CRUSHED GARLIC, OREGANO, PARSLEY, ETC...

  5. TO MAKE CHILI, ADD DESIRED BEANS WHEN YOU ADD THE MUSHROOMS AND SPINACH. ALSO ADD CHILI SEASONING.
