Pasta with salmon onion and cucumber

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta and salmon

10 oz canned skinless boneless salmon
16 oz bowtie pasta
2 med red onions, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp butter
1 cucumber, diced and peeled

Recipe Directions for Pasta and salmon

  1. In a skillet, saute the onion, garlic and spices in the butter

  2. Cook Pasta as per package instructions

  3. Mix the salmon, the onion mixture, the cucumber, and the pasta together.

  4. Serve warm or chilled
