Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Salad with Roaasted Vegetables

8 oz (Healthy Valley) Fat Free Chicken Broth
2 carrots
2 cloves garlic
1/10 oz thyme
1/10 oz tarragon
1/10 oz oregano
1/10 oz rosemary
2 oz wine, white
8 oz portabella mushroom, roasted
16 oz zuchini
8 oz tomato, cherry
1 lb rotini pasta
4 oz goat cheese

Recipe Directions for Pasta Salad with Roaasted Vegetables

  1. Simmer Broth, Carrots, Garlic & Wine & Herbs untill reduced by half.

  2. Roast vegetables on grill or in oven until tender.

  3. Cut corn from cob.

  4. Cook and drain pasta.

  5. Combine all together.

  6. Top with cheese
