Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Salad.

390 grams Bocconcini
500 grams Pasta Small Shells
540 grams Tomatoes
260 grams Olives
300 grams Tomatoes
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Pasta Salad.

  1. Olives need to be pitted

  2. sun dried tomatoes are blended up to a pulp and mixed with the pasta before anything else. Do not drain them prior to doing this.

  3. Bocconcini and mini roma tomatoes can get cut into pieces as wished.

  4. Rip the basil leaves, dont cut them.

  5. Assemble all ingredients and chill.
