Recipe Ingredients for pasta salad

2 tsp Blue Menu Seasoning Blend Roasted Garlic
2 1tsp Olive Oil
6 tbsp Vinegar red wine
1 package Blue Menu 100% Whole Wheat Pasta Penne Rigate
1.5 cup slices Cucumber
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
85 grams Carrots, Baby
1 cup chopped Red Onion
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for pasta salad

  1. boil watter and cook pasta till al dente, drain and let cool

  2. chop vegitables

  3. add oil, vinigar and spice to veg and mix in pasta

  4. let marinate for a few hours before serving.
