Refreshing pasta salad that makes a great side dish with dinner or a light lunch on its own.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Salad

1 cups Pasta Rotini
3 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
0.13 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
0.25 cup, chopped Carrots
0.25 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
0.5 tbsp chopped Onions
0.13 cup, diced Celery
0.13 cup Dried Cranberries
0.1 cup Chopped Walnuts
0.25 tbsp Mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Pasta Salad

Combine mayo and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl - set aside. Cook pasta till done then cool down with cold water. Chop all other ingredients and place in large bowl. Add pasta and mayo/vinegar mixture and toss to combine.
