For crazy pasta cravings. May be made into six smaller servings to be served with vegetables or soup. Tons of protein.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Salad

8 oz. whole wheat pasta
8 tbsp. sliced black olives
1/2 medium tomato, diced
1 cup cooked cannellini beans
5 1/5 oz. canned albacore tuna
4 scallions, sliced
2 tsp. parmesan, grated
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 cup light italian dressing

Recipe Directions for Pasta Salad

Prepare pasta as directed on box. Drain and rinse in cold water. Rinse beans and drain. Slice vegetables, add to drained pasta along with dressing, olives, vinegars, and tuna. Toss to coat with dressing. Top with parmesan, and herbs or cayenne if desired.
