mixed veggies and whole wheat pasta yields 1 cup per serving

Recipe Ingredients for pasta salad

4 oz pasta
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 1/2 oz olives
1 cup frozen peas
1 zucchini
1 red pepper
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp dried oregano
3/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1 medium yellow squash
1 medium green pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for pasta salad

  1. cook pasta

  2. mix dressing

  3. add veggies

  4. cover and chill 2 hours
