The pasta salad contains whole wheat, which is the best kind of grain as it contains protein. Cucumber and green pepper are also healthy vegetables, containing lots of Vitamin C. However, the celery has very little nutritional value and is mainly empty calories. The dressing is the best possible style of dressing, considering it has reduced calories, but it doesn't have the full flavor and dressing is not very nutritional. This makes about 8 servings, and like a typical salad, it goes with any type of food. It is a good pasta dish for the summer as it is served cold. Alone it makes a nice light snack.
