any small pasta will do (rotini, macaroni, penne, bowtie, etc.). Add any veggies(fresh) that you wish. add diced ham, chicken or "fax" seafood or even cooked shrimp. It's all tasty. Substitute yogart or any dressing you wish instead of lite mayo. it all works.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Salad

1/2 pound rotini pasta, cooked
1 cup broccoli, cut small pieces
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 cup olives, sliced
1/4 cup onion, diced
2 small tomatos, quartered
1 cup light mayo

Recipe Directions for Pasta Salad

  1. cook, drain and cool pasta

  2. in large bowl toss all ingredients
