Pasta salad with vegetables, olives, cheese and pepperoni

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Salad

1 lb pasta
1 seedless cucumber
1/2 medium onion
6 oz black olives
4 oz green olives
1/2 head cauliflower
12 oz tomatoes
15 baby carrots
3 oz pepperoni
3 oz cheddar cheese
6 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp basil

Recipe Directions for Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to directions, chill with ice water and drain again

  2. Place pasta in large bowl

  3. Cut vegetables into bite size pieces or smaller

  4. Add vegetables to pasta

  5. Cut cheese and pepperoni into small pieces, add to pasta and vegetables

  6. Add oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and basil to bowl

  7. Toss to coat
